The consultative company has laid comprehensive and developed training programs to prepare Saudi trained leaders for the organization.
This plan was implemented before starting the projects, so as to the leader could be ready to join the foreign experts since the very beginning to install machines and instruments. They, moreover, can take part in operating and maintaining the projects.The organization, at the beginning of establishment, undertook programs for sending missions abroad for study at major universities and institutions, in order to make several training programs to qualify its staff to be able to operate and maintain silos, mills and factories of fodder. Therefore, the staff would be responsible for the works of laboratories, quality control and packing products.The organization has sent a group of engineers, technicians and managers to USA, Canada, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Australia to study different scientific and technical specialties related to storing, wheat grinding, producing fodder, special quality, marketing, accountancy, management and English language, etc. Some of those officials got the master degree in some fields. Now, they practice their jobs in managing, operating and maintaining the projects.The organization goes ahead in the phases of training its staff through internal training programs whether at governmental or non-governmental universities and institutions, or training during the time of work in order to qualify and develop the faculties and skills of the employee.
The internal training is detailed as follows:
1- Financial and administrative programs: focusing on specialized programs in administrative and financial fields so as to increase their rates of production and improve their practical qualification in works.
2- Specialized technical programs: focusing on developing the faculties and skills of employees in maintaining the complicated instruments of the silos and mills.
3- English Language programs: this aims to developing the faculties and skills of the employees in English Language and meeting the needs of the work which helps achieve the works.
4- Computer programs: it refers to the perfection of the applications of computer and its maintenance.
5- Manufacture security and professional safety programs: focusing on manufacture security and safety in order to providing the employees with basic skills of fighting fires and acquiring the skills of security guarding, being ready for the emergency, understanding the principles and means of achieving security in industrial buildings.
6- Training on the leadership programs: these programs were made for employees and technicians at work place in the projects of silos and their maintenance, manufacturing fodder, computer and industrial safety and security.

With regard to the expansion and variety of the projects of the organization, the training program was approved.
This program has aimed at polarizing, for several years, the graduates of technical universities and industrial secondary institutions. Then, these graduates are trained in and out of the kingdom and they are prepared to be in charge of all works and activities instead of foreign technicians. 
This goes in line with the framework of carrying out a training program to make all jobs and works for Saudis in the organization and its branches.
A detailed elaboration of the program:
Purpose:
The components of the program
The training program is divided into 4 specialties:
1- industrial and technical training program
2- training program for labs and specific quality 
3- training program for industrial safety
4- training program for outer purchases

1- Industrial and technical training projects
This program aims to qualify the Saudi young men from technical and industrial faculties, technical secondary institutions and professional training centers to work in operating and maintaining silos, mills and fodder factories. This is in addition to the leaders of work. The period of this program is 22 months divided as follows:
- 2 months as a preparing period in addition to defining terms related to the factory.
- 12 months training for leadership in the different departments in general.
- 8 months training for English Language outside the Kingdom and a technical training in one of the training centers or companies specialized in technical field of mills.

2- Training program for labs and specific quality
This program aims to prepare Saudi young men who graduated from universities and institutions specialized in Biochemistry, animal nutrition and nutrition sciences to work in the different specializations that suit the nature of the job of the organization in the field of labs and specific quality. The period of the program is 16 months divided into the following:
- 2 months as a preparing period in addition to defining terms related to the factory.
- 8 months training for leadership in the different departments in general
- 6 months training for English Language outside the Kingdom.

3- Safety and security program
This program aims to prepare Saudi young men who graduated from universities and institutions specialized in the field of safety and security. The period of the program is 11 months divided into the following:
- 2 months as a preparing period in addition to defining terms related to the factory.
- 3 months training for leadership in the field of industrial safety in general.
- 6 months training outside the kingdom in the field of English language.

4-The Training Program for External Purchasing:
This program aims at qualifying Saudi youth from graduates of universities and institutions specialized in administrative sciences, accounting and economics, to perform jobs of external purchasing as relevant to the Organization business.
The program period is 14 months divided as follows:
- 2 months preparatory period with introduction of relevant terms for factories.
- 6 months on-job training period in the area of specialty.
- 6 months training period outside the Kingdom for English Language training.

Mechanism of Application:

Training is conducted on three phases of which the first is academic training for two months. This is conducted at the Eastern Province branch of the Organization and involves simple information about the work at the Organization as well introduction of relevant terminology used at milling and production suctions. The training includes a special English course to provide technical English terms used in the technical departments. The program includes a weekly visits to the Eastern Province branch to familiarize students with its various departments.
After this period, the trainee returns to the branch at which he will be assigned in order to work with experienced staff for 6-12 months according to his specialty and the position in which he will be assigned.
After that, the trainee will be sent for training at a specialized institute in Britain so as to be able to deal with technicians and read the manuals and catalogues when he returns.
The trainee then will undergo practical training for two months at a training which is affiliated with either the Swiss Company "Bauwler" or the Italian Company "Kreem" which both have built the Organization's grain mills and factories.
